Future of Vehicles: Innovation, Engineering and Economic Conference (FoV)

FoV26 Conference Successfully Concluded
The 2026 Future of Vehicles: Innovation, Engineering & Economic Conference has successfully concluded, bringing together a vibrant community of researchers, academics, industry representatives and mobility experts over the past days.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all participants, speakers, session chairs, partners and organizers for their valuable contributions to the success of the event.
The conference attracted significant interest, with more than 120 participants representing national and international universities, research institutes and industrial stakeholders. The international character of FoV was further strengthened by the participation of attendees from Hungary and eleven additional countries. Hungarian higher education was also strongly represented: in addition to Széchenyi István University, ten other Hungarian universities took part in the conference.
The aim of the FoV Conference is to provide an interdisciplinary professional forum for presenting research, development and innovation directions related to the automotive industry and mobility. This year’s programme placed particular emphasis on autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence, sustainable transportation, electromobility, automotive manufacturing technologies, materials science developments, as well as the economic, business, ethical and legal aspects of mobility.
We are grateful for the inspiring presentations, valuable discussions and active participation that shaped the conference. We look forward to continuing the professional dialogue and welcoming the FoV community again at future events.
